This feature allows you to automate the sharing of dashboards directly to your email. Set up a subscription, and receive the latest updates, insights, or reports from your dashboard at regular intervals (daily, weekly, or custom schedules). This helps make a convenient way to monitor key metrics and share data with your team or stakeholders.
Click on the Subscribe button on the top right menu.
Choose a time period that the Dashboard report will send to your email(s).
Click on the Subscribers dropdown box and select the email that is accessible to that Dashboard.
You can also set an optional message to the Dashboard report that will be sent to selected email(s).
Click the Back button to continue setting up your Subscription.
You can choose/ remove which widget will be included in the Dashboard report.
Select which widget(s) will included in the Dashboard report.
Click the Apply button to finish this part.
Simply click on the Delete button to delete a subscription.
If you delete that dashboard, all subscriptions shall also be deleted with it.
Click the Manage all button to open the Subscription list page of a Team.
Click the New subscription button to create a new one.
In the Subscription list page of a Team, you can create a Subscription or quickly Subscribe / Unsubscribe a Dashboard.
You can send a test email to check how the Dashboard report displaying on the email(s).
All the selected subscribers will receive the Test email.
The Dashboard report will be sent to your email according to the time period you have configured.
Click the View dashboard to quickly access the Dashboard.
Click the Unsubscribe button to stop receiving emails from that Dashboard.
