# Publish Dashboard

## Overview

* This feature allows you to share your dashboard as a publicly accessible link, enabling anyone to view it without requiring login. You can easily share insights, data, or reports with a wide audience.

## Create a public link

* Open the Dashboard Public / Private settings, then click the Publish tab.

* Click the Publish button.
* Your Publish link will be created instantly.

* The default expiration of the link is in a month, which you can change by clicking on the time dropdown box and choosing another option.

* You can add a [Header note](/docs/dashboard/widget-types/header-note.md) and it will make the public page more easy to navigate.

* On the Dashboard list, you can see which Dashboard is published by the purple icon on the left.

## Unpublish the dashboard

* Click the Unpusblis button to make the Dashboard not a public page anymore.

* The Dashboard will no longer be displayed and you can return back to the Endash page.
