Team settings

Overview

  • You can change the information that you have setup when you first Sign up here.

  • You can also View, Edit and Remove your team members.

Invite / Remove team members

  • Click on the Invite member button.

  • Enter a valid email of the member.

  • Set the role for that member if need.

  • Click Send invitation.

  • Click on the Action button next to each member.

  • Click Remove then confirm the member you want to remove from the team.

Change Team members role

  • Here you can set up Team role if you are the Owner of that Team.

  • There are 3 roles in Team role: Owner, Member, and Viewer.

This will not affect the role of the Dashboard permissions.

  • The table below shows the list of permissions for each role in the Team.

Downgrade a member to Viewer

When you downgrade any member to Team viewer and remove all access, the related Publish page, Subscriptions and Alerts will be auto deleted.

Multiple Owners in a Team

  • The Owner of a Team can change the role of a Member to an Owner.

  • The new Owner(s) will have full authorization like the current Owner.
