Some Data connections will be turned off by default

  • It is reported by Fivetran that there might be some data connections due to the policy, the table of those connections will be disabled after connecting by default. One of the cases is the Airtable connection.

  • Endash recommends that users check the Scheme tab first, and turn on any tables of that connection they want to sync.

  • Click on the Schema Tab.

  • Turn on the Enable toggle of the Schema if they are turned off by default the first time.

  • Be sure to check and turn on the table checkboxes.

  • Click the Save changes button to confirm your action.

Non-ASCII character sets which Fivetran support transliterations

  • For transliterating non-ASCII characters, Fivetran supports transliterations for the following character sets:

    • Han

    • Katakana

    • Arabic

    • Cyrillic

  • It is reported that characters like Korean characters - Hangul (한글) and some emoji are not supported by Fivetran. This problem makes some column names of the data model missing.

  • Endash has reported this problem to Fivetran. We will give you further notice if there is a solution to this problem.
