Table - Sort

Overview

• The sorting feature allows you to arrange and view your desired data easily. You can quickly sort a column by hovering on the right of it, then select Ascending or Descending order.

• You can also begin to sort by clicking the Sort option on the right side panel.

• You can also open the Settings and then click on the Sort to begin.

• Click on the < icon or X button to close the Sort sidebar.

Add a sort

• Click on the "+ Add sort" button to display all the available columns to sort.

• Click on the column that you want to sort.

• There are 2 options for sorting: Ascending and Descending.

• Choose one for your desired setup.

All the data will be sorted and displayed based on the highest sorting value, followed by subsequent sorting values.

• If you leave without saving your sort setup, a message box will pop up:

  1. Click the Dismiss or X button to close it and continue the setup.

  2. Click the Leave button to leave the page without saving your sorts.

Click the Save changes button to confirm your sort setup.

Edit or Remove a sort

• You can then edit your sort just like how you add your sort.

• Click on the X button in the Sort settings to remove a Sort tag.

• Click on the .. to remove all sorts.

Change the priority of the sort

• Click on the ⋮⋮ icon and move the sort up or down to change the priority.
