Connect - Setup

Overview

  • Click on the Setup tab to begin modifying your Connection.

  • You can see general information about the Connection.

  • Click on the Edit button and you can change its name.

Add a new syncing schedule

  • Click on the Add schedule button.

  • You can configure the days and times to initiate the syncing process to update your connection.

  • The new registered schedule will be listed in the Registered List.

  • You can edit directly the schedule and then save the change.

Delete a schedule

  • To remove a schedule, click on the 🗑️Delete button

Delete a Connection

  • To delete a Connection. click on See more button on the right side and then the🗑️Delete button.

A Warning - Confirmation box will pop up:

  • To cancel the Delete process, simply click the “Dismiss” button or the “X” button or click outside of the Warning - Confirmation box

  • Click the “Delete” button will delete that Connection.

Re-authenticate your connection

  • If a sync fails for any reason, the Failed status will be displayed.

  • You will be directed to the Setup tab or you can open it directly by clicking the Edit button.

  • Simply click on the Re-authenticate button to try to connect again.

The syncing process will keep following the sync schedule even if you do not re-authenticate.

There may be a case that the sync fails with a different problem that is not related to Re-authenticate. Feel free to Contact us if you need support.
