Connect - Status

• If your Connection(s) is from Fivetrans and Cigro Connector, you can check the status of those connections in the first tab.

Start a sync now

• Your connection shall sync and update your data, the sync time is based on the time you set up in the Select your data connector or later in the Connect - Setup.

• To sync immediately, click on the 🔃 Sync now button.

Any editing function of that connection will be disabled until the sync is complete.

Depending on the connector, it could take from a few minutes to a few hours for the sync to complete.

• If any syncing is successful, a system toast will notify you.

Check the information of your connection

Comprehensive sync analysis

• In Comprehensive sync analysis:

  • Average Sync Time calculate the average sync time in the last 14 days.

  • The Last sync time will tell you the time the last sync ran.

  • The Next sync time inform you of the time the next sync shall run.

Alert

• If your syncing runs well, there shall be no info to alert you.

• In case your sync run fails, the Alert section will contain the system message to inform you of the problem.

Logs overview

• Each log overview will contain the following information:

  • Start time: the datetime the sync begins to run, the time might be delayed for a few seconds for the system to ready the syncing process.

  • Entire Sync Duration: display how much time a sync has run.

  • Ended Time: the datetime a sync has finished.

  • Status: status of a sync: Success or Failed

  • Total modified rows

• Click on the Download button to see modified data in the .xlxs file.

Disable a connection

• To stop the Connect from syncing, click on the Enabled toggle to turn it OFF.

No syncing activities will happen in that Connection.

To enable it again, click on the Enabled toggle to turn it ON.
