Alert

Overview

Never miss a critical data event again. Data Alerts proactively notify you of important changes, keeping you informed and in control of your business data.

Create an Alert

  • Click on the See more button on the right of the Widget and click on the Alert button.

  • You can change the Alert name in the Name field.

  • The Filter will reflect both the dashboard filer and the widget filter that affects that widget.

  • Choose the columns to be the main factor for the Alert in the Condition.

  • Each column type has the same way to set up like a filter.

  • Continue to choose the Frequency that the Alerts will notify.

  • Choose which member in that Dashboard will be notified.

  • Click the Save button to finish the setup.

  • If the conditions are valid and filtered corectly, an email Alert will be sent to you based on your option in Frequency.

  • You can quickly check the widget or Unsubscribe from that Alert.

Edit or Delete your Alerts

  • If any change to the Widget that might conflict with the Alert, a warning message will pop up. You can either continue to Save change or Save your widget as new view.

  • That error Alert can not be used, you can Delete it or change the widget back to match the Alert' condition again.

Manage your Alerts

  • You can quickly manage whole Alerts in the Notification page in the Settings.
