Pivot Table - Sort

Sort by Columns and Rows

• Only the select fields of Columns and Rows are available for the Sort feature in the Pivot Table.

• Click on the dropdown box next to the field and choose one of the options you want or keep it as None as default.

• You can also quickly apply the Sort option by clicking on the Sort tag on the left of Pivot table.

All the data will be sorted and displayed based on the highest sorting value, followed by subsequent sorting values.

Click the Save changes button to confirm your sort setup.

Sort by certain Values

• To sort by certain Values, hover on the Value header and click on the ▲▼ Sort icon.

• The ▼ icon indicates that the value is sort descending.

• The ▲ icon indicates that the value is sort ascending.

• You can reset it back to the default state when click again through ▲▼ the Sort icon.

• Sort by certain values will reset the sort option of Rows.
