# Delete your data models

* To delete a data model, click on the Delete button on the sidebar.

* You can also click on the Delete button on the top right.

:exclamation:A Warning - Confirmation box will pop up:

* To cancel the Delete process, simply click the “Dismiss” button or the “X” button or click outside of the Warning - Confirmation box
* To confirm, click on the checkbox and click the “Delete” button will delete that Data model.

Deleting the Data model is **irreversible.**

* Connection sources can only be deleted on the [Connection](https://endash-guidance-docs.gitbook.io/docs/connect/data-connectors-trino-fivetran-endash-provider-and-cigro-connector) page so you can add and configure it again.
* You will be directed to the top Collection if you are in the current deleted Data model.
