Dashboard permissions and Invite Members to private Dashboard
Overview
Here you can set up Dashboard permission if you are the Owner of that Dashboard.
There are 3 roles in Dashboard permission: Owner, Editor, and Viewer.
This will not affect the role of the Team.
The table below shows the list of permissions for each role in the Dashboard.

Change Members role
Click on the Dashboard permission dropdown on the top right.
Click on the Role dropdown box and select the role for your members.
Multiple Owners in a Dashboard
The Owner of a Dashboard can change the role of a Member to an Owner.
The new Owner(s) will have full authorization like the current Owner.
New Owner(s) can manage access to add, remove, or change permissions for any teammate, including the current Owner.
Change the Dashboard to Private and invite/remove specific members
Change the Dashboard to Public or Private
Click on the Public / Private access dropdown box then click on the Private access option.
Invite members to the Private Dashboard
A list of all invited members of that team is available to select.
Click on any member to add them to that private Dashboard.
You can change their roles in the Set authority section.
Click the Send invitation button to confirm.
Click Cancel or outside of the pop-up to close it.
In a Private Dashboard, only invited member(s) can see that Dashboard in the Dashboard list.
If uninvited members try to access that Dashboard via URL, they will be informed to redirect out.
Remove members to the Private Dashboard
Click on the X button next to a Member to remove them from your private Dashboard.
