Add the Dashboard filters

Click on an item of Date type to begin.
The filter will auto-set you a filter name. Click on the Filter name field to edit.
Click the Date box to open the calendar widget for selecting the date.
The Presets on the left side will have a range of options for quickly filtering your Dashboard.
The default preset is Recent 7 days.
You can custom-select your desired day range by interacting with the calendar widget on the right.
Simply pick the start day and end day, month, and year for your Date type filter.
To change the First day of the Week for your Date filter, click on its dropdown box and choose one of the options.
The calendar widget will update the First day of the week based on your option.
Press the Done button to confirm your Date range selection in the Calendar widget.
Press the Reset button to start again your Date range selection in the Calendar widget.
Press the Cancel button to close your Date range selection in the Calendar widget.
You can choose more than one item of the same type.
To quickly select all of the items, click the checkbox next to the Name type.
The date range option in the Calendar widget will affect all of the selected columns of the Data model.
To deselect an item:
Click on the X button of that tag in the top field.
Click again on the Date type item.
Press the Done button to confirm.
Press the Reset button to start again.
Your Date filter will be displayed as a "personal filter".
All the data will be filtered and displayed according to that filter.
Click on an item of String type to begin.
Click on the String dropdown box to select the String filter options.
The options are:
Contain
Not contain
Is
Is not
Click on the field to input your desired text to be filtered.
With the Contain option: the Widget will only display the data that matches your inputted text.
With the Not contain option: the Widget will display the data that does not match your inputted text.
Contain is the default option.
After choosing the Is or Is not options, select the dropdown next to the right
The Item column contains the value of the column next to the Column name
You can input to search for the value that you want.
You can manually select the item that you want.
You can select all the items when clicking on the top check box.
With the Is option: the Widget will only display the data that matches your selected items.
With the is not option: the Widget will display the data that does not match your selected items.
You can also change the filter name in the Filter name field.
You can multi-select all items or deselect an item normally.
Press the Done button to confirm.
Press the Reset button to start again.
Your String filter will be displayed as a "personal filter".
All the data will be filtered and displayed according to that filter.
Click on an item of Number type to begin.
Type your desired number to filter.
Click the operator dropdown to select your desired option.
You can also change the filter name in the Filter name field.
You can multi-select all items or deselect an item normally.
Press the Done button to confirm.
Press the Reset button to start again.
Your Number filter will be displayed as a "personal filter".
All the data will be filtered and displayed according to that filter.
Click on an item of Boolean type to begin.
The default boolean state is ON, which is the "True" option.
To change to the "False" state, click on the toggle to turn OFF.
You can also change the filter name in the Filter name field.
You can multi-select all items or deselect an item normally.
Press the Done button to confirm.
Press the Reset button to start again.
Your Boolean filter will be displayed as a "personal filter".
All the data will be filtered and displayed according to that filter.
Each Filter tag must have a name.
You can not set up the different filer types at the same time. For example: if you are adding or editing the Date type, other types will be disabled to choose.
You can start to add another filter by clicking on the "Add filter" button.
All the data will be filtered and displayed according to all the applied filters.
Your filters will be displayed as "personal filters" if you do not save changes.
Click the Discard button to remove all your "personal filters".
Click the Save changes button to publicly apply all the filters to that Dashboard.
You can turn OFF the Filter toggle to disable and hide your "personal filters". Those filters will not be deleted until you click on the Discard button.
After you have more than one filter, you can see that some values are associated with any previous filter, which provides better insight into how to filter your Dashboard.
