# Share spreadsheet directly to export to Google Sheets

* Share spreadsheet directly is the default option to quickly export your data.

* Firstly, please share the sheet with our email: <mark style="color:blue;"><endash@cigro-cloud.iam.gserviceaccount.com></mark> as editor.

* Paste that sheet link to the Spreadsheet link field then click on the Verify button.

* The Continue button shall be active if permission is granted.&#x20;

* Click on the checkbox(s) button to select the column to be exported.

* You can choose between the Add and Replace option.
* Replace is a default option.

* You can further customize the exported table by settings the Limit row(s) and Header row.

* Click the View button to see the to-be-exported Table.
* Click on the Finish button to complete the process.

* Your data will be auto-exported the first time.
